Kathey's favorite pastimes were cooking for her family, having a good laugh and of course, going to a casino with friends and family. All of this she loved, but none brought as much happiness and joy as her family and her 4 grandchildren.
Preceding her in death along with her parents were her grandparents, Hill and Maye Kennedy, a brother, Dwayne Kennedy, two nephews, Will and Dan Kennedy and a great-niece, Victoria Ashley Alexander.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Kenny G. Frachiseur of Norphlet, two sons, Paul A. White (Danielle) of El Dorado and Johnnie K. Frachiseur (Suzanne), four grandchildren, Ashley Miller (Matt) of Fayetteville and Brennan White of El Dorado, and Grace and Jake Frachiseur of Calion. Also surviving is one brother, Scotty Kennedy (Paula Gayle) of Haskell, AR, two special nieces who were like daughters to her, Jana Collier of Pegram, TN and April Kennedy Davis of Benton, AR and a nephew, Heath Kennedy of Brickeys, AR. She is also survived by her mother and father-in-law, Kenneth and Mary Frachiseur, along with many cousins and family friends.
Kathey loved her family and had a devoted love for friends and especially her closest friends, Cynthia Bolding, DeWanna McMahan and David Wood. She always said friends were something you never had too many of.
