Mary Joleen Phillips, age 80, of El Dorado, Arkansas passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023 at her home. Born on January 24, 1943 in Los Angeles, CA; she was the daughter of Joseph and Velora Mae Holstin Civitello.
Jo enjoyed gardening and crocheting hat and blankets which she provided to the Salvation Army and Mayo Clinic Linus Project. She was member of First Christian Church and worked as a legal secretary.
Jo was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Peggy Hoggard; an infant son, Keith Marshall; and great grandchildren Airic and Annabell.
Survivors are a sons, Kevin C. Riley and Barbara J. of Fountain Hill, AZ, and Darrin Riley of El Dorado; daughter, Kimberly Jett of El Dorado. Along with 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
A private family gathering is planned for a later date. Cremation service were provided by Young's Funeral Directors.
