William Earl Gordon Jr.

William Earl Gordon Jr. 88, lovingly known as “Bill or Billie”, of Bryant Arkansas passed away June 24, 2026. He was born April 1, 1938 in Little Rock, Arkansas to William Earl Gordon and Frances Elizabeth “Betty” Ward Gordon.

Bill was a proud and hardworking salesman who enjoyed meeting people and building relationships throughout his career. Outside of work, he had many passions. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed bowling, and loved all things sports-related. In Bill’s world, sports were always on — “24/7.” He was a devoted fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys and could often be found cheering on his favorite teams.

Bill had a special place in his heart for his beloved dog, Cookie, who was his loyal companion and family member. Those who knew Bill knew that Cookie held a very special place in his life — sometimes even more than people.

Bill will be remembered for his kind heart, quick wit, and love for all things sports. His memory will continue through his golfing stories, laughter, and the love he had for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and survived by his Daughters Renee Randolph (Terry) and Lisa Gordon, his son Terry Gordon and his grandchildren Kayla Richardson (Blake), Katlynn Wicker (Forest), Katie Capper (Jacob), Emily Gordon and Kristy Lynn, along with numerous great-grandchildren and niece and nephew.

Services were held 2:00 pm Saturday June 27,2026 at Perry’s Funeral Chapel in El Dorado, officiated by Bro. Scott Knight of Camden, AR. Burial followed at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Perry’s Funeral Chapel.
