Bob Parks, longtime radio broadcaster in El Dorado, has passed away at 89.
He was at KDMS in El Dorado from 1961 to 1976. Parks was Manager for Noalmark Broadcasting's El Dorado stations in the late 70's. He was the ABA Presidents 1949-2013 ... Parks was a pastor in Hot Springs for 13 years before he retired and returned to El Dorado.
