Danny Gerald Vinson, II, 51, of El Dorado, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at his residence. He was born on October 28, 1973 in Magnolia, AR.
He worked as a mechanic for Milam Construction for 32 years and was of the Baptist faith. Danny loved spending time in the outdoors with his best friend, BubbaD. In his youth, he was an avid hunter. His hobbies included four wheeler rides, kayaking, playing guitar, shooting guns and adventures with his family and friends (that were like family).
Preceding him in death are his father, Danny Gerald Vinson, Sr.; and his nephew, James Thomas McCrary.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Charlotte P. Vinson of El Dorado, brother, Seth Vinson (Brenda) of El Dorado; sisters, Donita Hickey (Steve) of Athens, LA, Sharon Gardner (Dewayne) of El Dorado; nephews, Landon Vinson, Rhett Blackman; nieces, Summer Cameron, Maci Steele (Hunter), Amanda McCrary (Paul), Bethany Taylor (Austin); great nephews, Brantley Steele, Jake Baremore, David McCrary; great nieces, Caroline and Ellie Kate Steele, Raylee Baremore, Dillon Bass and his beloved German Shorthaired Pointer, BubbaD.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Young's Funeral Directors.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Young's Chapel with Rev. Mark Staples and Rev. Chad White officiating. Interment will follow at Marysville Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
