Marcus Jeffery Trosclair, 67 of Magnolia, AR passed away, Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Baptist Health in Little Rock. Born May 9, 1957 in El Dorado, he was the son of Thomas Renay and Betty Doris Horne Trosclair.
Mr. Trosclair found his passion in life for Ford cars at an early age. Following that interest, he started his career in the service department at Mark’s Ford Company in El Dorado where he was later promoted to service manager.
After a brief stint as store manager at Goodyear, he became a self-employed shop owner until 1999. He then returned to the Ford family as service manager at Teague Ford where he faithfully served his customers until his retirement from Karl Malone Ford in 2022.
Preceding him in death along with his parents were a brother, Terry Oliver Trosclair, and nephews, Jeremy Heath Trosclair and Jacob Oliver Trosclair.
Survivors include his brothers, Thomas Trosclair (Maidra), Jody Trosclair; daughter, Magan Lambert; cousin, Steve McCall; nephews, William Trosclair (Teniah) and Matthew Trosclair (Kortney). Also surviving are special aunts; Cheryl Horne Rogers, Mary Horne Tillman (John) and Evelyn Horne Nutter. Among other survivors and special friends are one great-niece and 4 great-nephews and Tim Silmon (Karen), Alston Grey (Amber) and Justin Raley.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 21, 2025 in Young’s Chapel with Rev. Sye Duke officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
The family would like to thank Dr. Christina Cooper of SAMA, and Dr. Derek Middleton of CARTI for their devoted care during Mark’s illness.
