MeaRanda Nicole Fairris, 36, departed from this life on July 27, 2025 in Strong, AR. Born April 3, 1989 in El Dorado. She was the daughter of Randy Fairris and Belinda Farris.
MeaRanda attended Strong High School and gained many friends during her time there. She was a beam of sunshine in many peoples lives. Her unconditional love and support touched the hearts of many, many people who will miss her fiercely.
Preceding her in death were her paternal grandmother, Barbara Ann Fairris, and a cousin, Laken Virginia Smith.
Survivors include her parents, Randy (Ashley) Fairris and Belinda Farris of Strong; her children, Opal Farris of Strong, Phoenix Broussard of Little Rock and Faithann Farris of Strong. Also surviving is a brother, Austin Fairris (Morgan) of Strong, a sister, Amanda Miller (Joey) of Five Points, along with her maternal grandmas, Jimmy and Glenda Farris of Strong and her paternal grandfather, Morgan Fairris of Strong. MeaRanda also had a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who will miss her radiant smile.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Second Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Strong. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 6. 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Second Avenue Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Howard and Bro. Greg Cook officiating. Interment will follow in New London Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
Pallbearers include Ty Mullens, Reave Mullens, Blane Smith, Tyler Bearden, Daniel Farris, and J. Fairris. Honorary pallbearers are Allen Lemons and Frankie Cates.
