South Arkansas Arts Center, 110 E 5th St, El Dorado, AR 71730, USA The South Arkansas Arts Center (SAAC) is inviting artists of all experience levels to explore the rich, expressive world of soft pastels during a special one-day workshop led by local artist and educator Kelly Campbell on Saturday, September 26, from 10am to 4pm. “Pastel Painting Made Simple: Beginner Workshop with Kelly Campbell” offers a welcoming introduction to working with soft pastels on textured sanded paper. Campbell, an award-winning artist and former SAAC gallery manager, is excited to return to the classroom and share her knowledge of this versatile medium.
