Work Available Immediately – Part-Time or Full-Time Hours! Small, family-owned landscaping business seeking an organized individual to support our office operations. Our Office Manager is the “voice” of our company! Experience in an office setting or customer service is preferred. Responsibilities Include: Answering phones Returning calls Email and text communication with customers Entering daily production data Providing answers to technician questions Maintaining customer accounts Entering customer payment information Scanning and uploading documents to customer files Additional opportunities and responsibilities may be available depending on experience (DOE). Position Requirements: Office and/or customer service experience Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other basic computer programs Medical benefits and paid time off available after 90 days.
